Noor was Fantastic Tantasti. Her LIT was out of the Solar System. She made our 2 hours evening time lovely and memorable. We would want to go back to the Terrace she steps her foot on.

very pleasant, nice front office people, environment inside the hotel is cool and calm, restaurant is clean and food, both veg and nonveg is good Reception people are friendly and they're very helpful. This hotel is located at centre of the Hyderabad with good connectivity,, good place to stay.

Very friendly staff! Noor from the rooptop restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Also, other staff are very friendly and try to making our stay pleasant and comfortable. Rooms are spacious. I loved the rain shower!!! Will surely come back.

Nice hotel, metro station close by that allows you to travel the city. Taxi, uber etc all are closeby.. Breakfast and dinner buffet are excellent. The rooftop bar serves excellent drinks and food as well accompanied with panoramic views of the city! Noor from the rooftop took great care of our last night woth cocktails!! Ps. Special shout out as well to the recpetion staff who helped us with everything to arrange sightseeing!

Great business hotel. Neat and clean, reasonably priced. Located in Banjara Hills - the heart of the city. Good shopping and restaurants in vicinity. Helpful and attentive staff. I have come for the conference. Overall staying at Mercure was a pleasant experience.
